My name is Yolanda Rodrigo, and I’m the manager of Gladiator Records, an independent record label founded by D.J Los. With years of experience in the music industry as both a singer-songwriter and a music manager, I bring a deep understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.

At Gladiator Records, I work closely with artists of all genres, overseeing every step of their development—from getting their music professionally recorded and produced through our label, to booking shows, managing releases, and guiding long-term career growth. In addition to managing, I also write for some of our artists, helping bring their vision to life through powerful songwriting and storytelling.
